We, the Chohfi family, members of the São Lourenço Group, have a family history of real estate investments. We founded CH3 Construtora 15 years ago to serve the high-end segments in Construction, Retrofits and Projects.

We offer integrated technical and financial solutions, with the BTR3 - Built to Rent - differential - installment payments, providing flexible payment options to our customers. Our approach covers everything from the project, the entire scope of the work, installations, equipment, decoration, in addition to flexible BTR3 plans for contracts.
